Combined Gender Forum

The Academy recently had their first ever Combined Gender Forum, the Cadets involved in the Forum were all C1C's. This is part of their leadership development. The leadership at USAFA believes that understanding gender diversity (and all types of diversity) is imperative and discussing these matters is important for the cadets as they develop as leaders. Check out the blog for more information about the event.

Tuskegee Airmen Panel

About a month ago 9 C/C's did a Tuskegee Airmen Lesson presentation to the Prep Class. Yesterday, the Prep School had the honor of a visit by four Tuskegee Airmen. Of these four, two of them Col (Ret) James Randall and Mr. Randolph Edwards are DOTA (Documented Original Tuskegee Airmen) as well as the President "Hooks" Jones Chapter Tuskegee Airman, Col (Ret) Mark Dickerson and the Chairman of Ways and Means Committee "Hooks" Jones Chapter Tuskegee Airman, CMSgt (Ret) Loran Smith.
